The app could use some improvement, I had to access customer care to assist me with cancellation after I sold my vehicle
The app could use some improvement, I had to access customer care to assist me with cancellation after I sold my vehicle. A simple "my insured item", "item", "cancel insurance", "are you sure?". Process would have been fine, but instead I had to do it the long way.
