The app claiming process was seamless

The app claiming process was seamless. The messages after made it seem like the consultant was going to call me immediately but when they called the experience was fair as they asked the questions that they had to ask. And so that experience was fair and didn’t yield negative emotions on my side eventhough I know how this works. So far so good.
