The 4 stars are for the agent, Wandile, who kept on calling and following up with me when i needed assistance
The 4 stars are for the agent, Wandile, who kept on calling and following up with me when i needed assistance. Rating for the company is 1! It’s really hard to get through them. Wasn’t happy with their service and when they cancelled my insurance without my approval got me really mad. As a result, I left them for another company.
