Thank you Zandile Khunou

Pineapple helped me settle a car claim after an accident led to it to be written off. The start was very rough with one agent not communicating and seeming to misplace my documents. My claim was later handed over to Ms Zandile Khunou. When we finally got everything on track Ms Khunou’s professionalism was exceptional and what made it even more special is how polite and courteous she was in handling our calls and email exchanges. Ms Khunou finally helped close my claim having paid the bank what was due to them with no hustle. During a really rough and difficult time Ms Khunou’s gentleness and determination to help me with my claim helped me to resolve the trauma of the car incident.
