I have to admit that I was scepticle at first reading other reviews on this Company, also they have no way to contact them except on the app. BUT THEN, i was called by a young lady Named CHARLOTTE who was an absolute pleasure. She had my Claim, Submitted, Validated and approved all in the course of 1 day. I am now waiting for Delivery of the replaced Item.
