Terrible service

I would like to cancel this insurance, I have been requesting someone to contact me, the only number that your company has is sales, and il forever been told that someone will contact me, firstly the monthly premiums that was deducted is not what we agreed upon, number 2 you guys cannot even assist or get back to me with an app, you only rep**** to my WhatsApp once asking me what do I want to do with an app? Surely an app was designed for premium clients, so I cannot be dealing with a company that only has one department, imagine the hussle I will go through if I had to claim, lately I'm being told that my contract is not active but you guy deducted pro rata and monthly premium, all I'm asking is if my policy is not active keep it that way and refund me back my money.

I need answers ASAP Im tired of being told that someone will contact me.
