02 Oct 2024, 12:21Hi Isago, I’ve been trying to get assistance since last week. Getting ahold of you guys is near impossible and I’ve been trying to get an agent to call me since last week. I still haven’t received assistance and I need exact dates for the lawyer to draft my agreement. They have advised me to report to the Ombud.
