terrible service

We change our insurance to pineapple insurance in the hope that they will honor their promises. I made 51 calls to the call center and all we get is a voice recording saying they will phone back. Just a bunch of lies, when we change from budget to pineapple insurance, they mess up with my person details, they used my daughter id number and not mine. My daughter is the nominated driver only. They used the wrong surname, how do you make changes if they don't even answer your call or not even replying on emails
