Terrible service
I would like to cancel the car insurance policy with pineapple and be refunded. They have debited out of my account twice. R330 and R635.71 in one month for the same policy. This is the worst insurance service provider I’ve ever come across. The communication level from pineapple is zero I’ve sent emails after emails there’s never been any feed back. PPLEASE CANCEL THE INSURANCE POLICY POLICY NUMBER ***
