Terrible Customer service

Client service is terrible, insured my call for 10months with them and paid all my premiums I cancelled the old policy and took a new one for my new car but then I was double debited I requested my bank to reverse the debit order for the old policy and they made a mistake and reversed the new one so I contacted the insurance via the useless chat and they said they cannot insure me because I am a non payer so I could not reinstate my policy . This is nonsense and they will not refund me for the policy that was cancelled. The agents are not helpful at all.
