Terrible communication and no sense of urgency!!!!

The level of communication is appalling and the sense of urgency is just not there. Constantly giving one the runaround that after 24hours will receive and once the 24hours approaches people go AWOL and nowhere to be found. They definitely don’t keep to their word at all. And the number you give people to contact no one responds instead it just goes through to different people. Please fix that issue because this is unacceptable.
