TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

I am not one to complain but I actually feel the service received from this place is TERRIBLE!!

On 31 March 2021, I wrote a good review based on the good service I was receiving but as my time with Pineapple has gone on I have received terrible service!

My phone was collected on the 6 April 2021 - i was told 5-7 working days to recieve the damge report - this took 10 days. On the 16 April 2021 i got an email saying i will be contacted soon, my claim has been received - to date no phone call yet and nobody can seem to tell me what is going on regarding my phone.
