Terrible claims experience

Unbelievably bad experience. It seems like it's an app that basically facilitates reinsurers, underwriters, panel beaters, tow trucks etc. The claims process is **********. One had to deal with multiple parties that farm off the task to eachother down a mysterious rabbit hole. I was categorically **** to by iWyze Old Mutual insurers (which again is the underwriter) or assessors that my vehicle was at the panel beater for 3 months meanwhile it was in their storage yard. Then the inside of my car was clearly and significantly damaged and my boot cover went missing or was ****** while in their yard. I can only commend the panel beater who did good work with absolutely no input from Pineapple Insurance. Pineapple should have one of their clever billboards saying "We will do better".
