Terrible

I am not happy with Pineapple, they increased their premium, its not a problem, the problem is them going to my account whenever they feel like it and never notifying me on time, if they don't get the money, they are going to charge me R50, because they went to my account on the date they are not suppose to debit. I have been waiting for a call back since I got the message.
