Technical issue resolved within an hour.

I had a technical issue uploading my emergency contacts on the pineapple app. I then contacted pineapple using the chat box. Oritshidza was the agent that assisted me in resolving the technical issue within an hour. She escalated the matter to the technical team, then later sent me a message to try adding the contacts again, then my issue was resolved. I wasn’t expecting such speedy resolution, considering it is a Sunday. Thanks Pineapple team 🍍
