Such a simple seamle...
Such a simple seamless experience.... I sent a WhatsApp and immediately received a message to say someone will contact me shortly approximately 45mins later I received a call... And very quickly was my premium (revised) and I saved more than a Hundred rands...in less then 10mins on the phonecall it was sorted!
