Stay woke!!!

My previous review was deleted without a reply from the insurer. However, I took out a policy with Pineapple on the 11th. The agent sold me the policy on the basis that i would get 30% premiums back if the vehicle did less than 300km per month. They were going to install a free telematics device with tracker to monitor the mileage. I asked the consultant if there was a contract attached to the tracking device, which she rep**** NO. I was only informed that there is a 3 year contract when i was contacted on Monday by tracker, i then received a call from Nishani who tried to sell me a policy even though i already took the policy with Pineapple. Again i explained to her that i was informed there was no contract by the agent, Nishani advised me that its okay to not fit the tracker, my policy wont be affected i just wont qualify for the rewards program which is unfair as this was your selling point of your policy. I then requested a copy of the sales recording and for a call from management. I was promised this would be resolved and i would get the call etc. Today is day 5 no word from Pineapple yet i received over 10 calls to sell me this policy even after i took the policy? People stay woke, if this is the sales experience imagine what your claims experience will be!!!!
