STAY THE 🤬 AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE.

Disgusting experience. Had my iPhone and camera insured for over a year, after I lost my stuff of the 25 of August and claimed, my claim has still not gone anywhere and I can’t speak to a consultant in real time, their automated system is annoying they take over a week to respond back and they are not helpful. Absolutely pathetic, they run a **** and it’s a shame cause now I’m switching everything I have with OLD MUTUAL to another insurer because of this ******** 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I regret insuring with them. Now my business has come to a stand still cause I don’t have a camera to work with.

And their CEO doesn’t even respond to emails!!!

Old mutual should part ways with this company. Nxa
