Stay far away from this insurer if you want a seamless claims procedure!

This insurer looks good on paper and that's as good as it gets. I logged a claim for a damaged cellphone (non responsive) on Monday the 19th of September, Tuesday i submitted a quote and damage report, and again on Wednesday after bring advised by them that the report isnt detailed. submitted a quote and damage report. On Thursday they advised they will be calling to make arrangements for salvage. Till today which is 72 hours later I still have not received a call or email from their salvage department to collect the phone. This means I will have to go another full week without a cellphone. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've had to buy a brand new phone because I cannot go another week without a cell phone. I do not recommend this insurer at all. They clearly cannot handle a claim as little as a R5500 phone, imagine the disaster they would do to your vehicle and house.
