Stay away from this unsurance

My biggest mistake was to ignore the bad reviews on this company Firstly I spoke to Lucia who is extremely rude and will ensure that your day is ruined, then I spoke to Johana who acts all calm. They are rejecting my claim on a sunroof explosion, they went and got a very cheap quoation just so that they can avoid to pay, I went to the same place to get a quotationa and it is way higher than what they quoted. My car boot has dents caused by the sunrood explosion and they assessed using pictures and denied that the glass caused the dents, and you can clearly see the traces of glass pieces on the boot but still refuse to pay, from the first moment I spoke to Lucia I saw signs that they wanted to reject the claim or somehow make up their own things to ensure that they avoid paying. these people are underwritten by old mutaul, stay away and thank me later.
