Stay away from this insurer. Horrible service! No contact number to even get hold of them.

Once you join this insurence you no longer matter to them. I accepted a quote of R1800 with the service agent over telephone, when the policy documents were sent to me it showed a premium of R2452. I was told my policy has a policy mismatch and that it will be sorted within 7 days. After going through all the hussle of finding their contact detail, which are no where to be found online, I requested a cancellation and was told that I must wait for a call from their senior agent. Till this day I have been waiting for the agent, there is no way they can just transfer my call, I have to wait. Now they have sent a mendate to debit my account with the R2452 amount and there is nothing the service agent can do to help me.
