Stay away from this company

Bad Company, they played hide & seek when my granny claimed and they also canceled mom's contract simply because a debit order hadn't gone through without even letting us know that the money hadn't gone through while we had never skipped any payments, it's like their main intention is to make profits and not to help anyone
