STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE

I regret the day I took a Pineapple insurance cover.They were all very friendly and full of assistance when I took the policy. Nearly 3 weeks ago I got a car accident ,my damaged car is still parked at my house till this day,because they are busy processing my claim,3 weeks imagine..I am so dissapointed in myself for trusting them now I'm sitting here with a damaged car. Please stay far away from pineapple insurance guys. When I call them for follow ups I get the most annoyed and rude reply, like yesterday a lady named Koketso told me that my claim is not the only claim they deal with so I must just wait🥺...that's the kind of attitude and service u will get when claiming. This is just to help others not to fall victim like me. My heart is so broken,It's my first time coming across such.
