STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE

I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Pineapple insurance. The lack of initiative and professionalism in handling my recent claim has been unacceptable. Despite following the proper channels and providing all necessary information, the process has been riddled with inefficiency and a lack of communication.

Rather than proactively resolving the issue, they want me to do all the running around and get the information which they need to be obtaining from the service provider and threatening to reject my claim if I do not do the run around.

This level of service is far below what one would expect from a reputable insurer. As a paying customer, I expect diligence, professionalism, and urgency in addressing my claim, none of which were demonstrated in this instance.

WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE I wouldn’t even recommend this insurer to anyone seeking reliable and effective insurance including my worst enemy.
