STAY AWAY FROM PINEAPPLE INSURANCE!!!

Today is the17th of October 2022, I lodged a claim on the 30th of June 2022 and up until today my claim is still pending with Pineapple, and its no joke fellows.

They have not stopped debiting my account for premiums by the way, talking of unjustified enrichment from these ********. I have now decided to refer my matter with Ombudsman and failing which I will lodge a civil claim against them.

I had to pay R75 000 out of my own pocket to repair my car because I had been without a car for more than 3 months when I decided to do so.

Honestly speaking, I have never seen such insurance company who doesn't care an inch about their customers. To everyone out there who is insured with Pineapple, please take my advise for free and cancel your insurance with them now before its too late and you will thank me one day trust me.

For those who are considering to take Pineapple like my colleague did one of the days because of their cheap premiums, you better not. If you see an ad about Pineapple, Iwyze or Old mutual car insurance, just play very far from these people otherwise you will regret.

I'm now in the 4th month going to 5th month with a claim still pending, no validation whatsoever.

Please, Please take my advise guys and stay away PINEAPPLE INSURANCE for your own good I beg you.
