Stay away from Pineapple Insurance!

Do not ever sign up with pineapple. You cannot get hold of anyone as it's all AI chat bots that do not get back to you. Eventually spoke to a Shawn who promised to refund my money after canceling the policy but said he could not give me a reference number. Was never refunded after 3 weeks and then when I followed up via email I was told my refund was denied and they are applying for it again and that will take another 7-14 days. I will not accept this. Can you imagine having to claim from them. I have contacted the ombudsman and am also returning monies deducted through my bank. Be warned, you will be extremely sorry if you deal with Pineapple. Sales are efficient but there is no back up service after you sign up.
