<div>They're very quick to reply when you still want a policy, once you have it, they ignore you for days. I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I had to claim. Worse there is no number to call. You get thrown around different people when you have a query. I wouldn't recommend them. I've seen other reviews of how long they've waited to process claims. Definitely not recommended. My premiums increased twice this year with no claims. And they've now also increased their excesses. Save yourself a headache and your money.</div>
