Stay Away from Pineapple
I had cancelled my car insurance with them and they had told me they still had to debit me and could assist with refunds and then proceeded to ignore when it came to refunds and debbited me twice.
Poor service. Have to speak to a consultant via a chat bot rather then voice making it a pain to get my stuff done.
Thanks to my banking provider they had sorted the issue out.
