Started off well wit...
Started off well with all the premium discussions, always doing follow ups until it got messy when I was send an incorrect mandate, got a call to get the mandate fixed and feedback came back later than expected but everything else worked perfectly after that, everything was explained in a manner I can understand, in a manner that’s fair and in a very friendly manner and now I’m a happy customer
