Spiteful
Very quick to take your money when procuring your business, but difficult to get ahold of when you need help. When I wanted to cancel, they cancelled the policy immediately, instead of ensuring that it would line up with the start of my new insurance, which would leave my cover interrupted. Very spiteful.
