Slow Slow Slow

I submitted a claim on the 23rd July for a ****** camera and to date the only response I've received is "we are still validating your claim" I've asked if there is anything I can help the assessor with to speed up the claim but nearly 4 weeks later and still nothing. I've had to hire a camera while I wait for my claim to be approved. Very disappointed with the service I've received.
