Slow response from their agents, responses taking more than a day.

Recently concluded the contract with Pineapple and so far I am not happy with this "intercom" service they have for queries. They take too long to respond, which is worrying. There is a reason why traditional call centres work- although you wait a bit to speak to a consultant, it is far much better than responses from Pineapple Intercom service that takes more than a day. This is worrying, what will happen in the event of an emergency??
