Slow, frustrating, invasive claims process. So unpleasant
To anyone considering Pineapple insurance, DON'T!!!!! Claimed on the 21st of July for cellphones, claim still not concluded and almost a month later I'm still being sent forms to fill out. One of them being an Affidavit to Telkom to release my records. You'd swear this is a ****** case.
All this after being claim free for almost over a year with them. The consultant even asked me about claims I made with my previous insurance in 2017.
All this for cellphones? I feel sorry for people with car insurance with them.
