Slow Claims Process
Firstly, the process of getting your goods insured is seamless and quick, so big ups here. However, the claims process is arduous and slow. I lodged a claim on June 23 for a damaged phone and this process has taken over period of 3 weeks to get resolved. This has been significant inconvenience considering how important a mobile phone is in our day to day lives.
Unfortunately this is not the first time, the previous claim took roughly two weeks to process.
It would be appreciated if we can get frequent updates on the progress of the claims.
