Since the 1st day when I contacted Pineapple regarding my claim after a taxi driver bumped my car the 1st person Tsholo I talked to sympathize with me and she was very calm and patient with me and she explained the process to me and she then sent me through to Jevani who also assisted me with so much patience and support and always assured me that everything will be okay and kept her promises of calling me back for updates and feedback and I am so happy with her excellent service.
