Since I joined Pineapple I've never had any challenges. The problem is now with regards to premiums being deducted on an incorrect date which is such a big inconvenience and they don't even communicate if there are changes so that we are prepared as their clients instead they just threaten us with SMS saying the cover is cancelled. After speaking to one of the consultant we managed to resolve the matter
