Since day one, I just had speedy response from the Pineapple team, I was skeptical at first to communicate via WhatsApp, but I was proven wrong. It is fast and efficient. Today, I dealt with someone called Diana on the WhatsApp channel, and my inquiry was dealt with in super fast time.
