Simplicity, professionalism and fun...all perfectly rolled into 1 package!

I had a bit of trouble with the app in the beginning where it kept on freezing, however, when it started working, if was a breeze. I received a courtesy call from Pineapple to ask if they can assist...talk about great customer service :-) Enrolling was straightforward and easy, and...actually quite fun. I love the part where you can motivate other contacts to remain claim free. I have dealt with uncountable financial service providers in the past, both in SA and abroad. Not a single one comes close to Pineapple in terms of customer care, professionalism, user-friendliness and support. For the first time in my life I am truly excited about being part of an insurance provider.
