Simple claim process, kind and helpful service

Recently had to make a claim after a minor car bump. The process was simple and smooth. Much info could be captured using my phone and the app. This happening despite me selecting an incorrect option at the start - the claim was re-routed down the correct channel with no fuss. The agent who assisted me (Thandeka Mpungose) was incredibly kind and helpful. Communicating regularly and clearly to ensure the claim was sorted.
