Shabby deal

It is a great sadness and disappointment to see how insurance companies could ******* clients together their subsidiaries Clark and Nel , they lure me to join their car insurance company who ch I was keen because I will be paying R1200 for both of my cars , guess what they changed the ball game when I was at the verge of concluding the deal, Pineapple then told me they r charging me R680 which had nothing to do with what Clark n Nel will be charging me, how awful is that? Why am I paying two companies R2000? For car insurance which we have never agreed on mind you they took my account details, can someone help me to deal with these shabby insurances.

I have been trying to get hold of them for almost three weeks with no avail, all they don’t is to respond on WhatsApp, they are such unprofessional.
