Service level is low

I had a quotation with one of the advisors yesterdays. The advisor informed me that the premium would be R1585.00 to my surprise when I got the document, the premium had escalated to R1968. I sent them an email requesting an explanation. I have not received any feedback. The app is also useless as there is no option to view anything but the vehicle details. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
