Seamless process with submitting a claim on the Pineapple app. I just had an issue with submitting relevant documents, via the app, because I had pdf files, and on the app you can only update images, had to convert pdfs to images, maybe this can be a feature they can add. Another consultant (Lynique) was quick to reply on a Sunday, and helped to get my documents to the claims department. The claim process takes time, but they don’t cut the line of communication, and you are made aware of the possible turn around times. Thanks again Liesel ****asaib.
