This is such a **** insurance I insured my phone since 2020 only to loose everything when i made a claim last month…Where i am told they changed everything on their contract premium and access going up and paying with voucher to use in selected stores…I feel ****** I insured my phone with R12000 but ended up getting R9900 what iphone can you buy with that amount at istore like guys i am told to top up when i complained i mean what was the point of insuring when i am landing to this position now i mean my insurance was all a loss at the end….I took the case further
