****!! Stay away!

Absolute ****. Have had my car insured with them for over 2 years paying premiums. The first time I make a claim is for small damages to my rims and bumper costing 11k. Koketso, the lady who was helping me, said my excess for the damage was 18k and therefore they will be closing the claim because it’s cheaper than the excess. When trying to ask questions regarding the situation she promptly hung up the phone on me. I’ll be taking this further as I’ve apparently been paying insurance premiums on something that hasn’t been insured. Wouldn’t recommend their services
