Makes empty Promises

First they catch you with the whole Idea of the discount when you drive less than 300km Money that they pay back to you within 5 days after the end of the month. Then you relise that hay this has never been done as promised so I make contact with them and then don't get a explanation as to the problem. This was on the Friday. Was then promised that Money will be paid the Next Wednesday. Wednesday I made contact again via Email and WhatsApp just got a response how may we assist no further answers. On Thursday I sent a lot of messages before getting a response and was then Told to give them 3-5 working days to pay the money back. I told them that this is unacceptable and that i expect a manager to call me. The managers only answer is that the refund has been escalated and no further answers. Now here is my question how many people do they not pay back the total that needs to be paid to me is R770. How many people do they ***** from? as this is how I see it as if i Never made contact where would this have gone to??? Second thing that makes me wonder is the fact that if they have so much hassles paying this back what is going to happen when there is a actual claim????
