The people behind pineapple are old mutual ,if you have ever had a terrible experience with old mutual ,do not expect any better services with pineapple..I took a cover about a year for my Apple TV ,one evening after we load shed for 6 hours when power came back blew out my Apple TV took and it wasn’t powering anymore , so took it iStore and they said the motherboard is damaged and when put a claim pineapple/old mutual says they don’t cover component failure .. basical they are telling me that they didn’t cover my Apple because the motherboard it is a tv it’s self… do you self a favor and go get yourself and real insurance
