They have no response when we were in an accident. Ou right of way at a circle, someone pulled in front of us. Called no answer. Once we got through it was difficult to get clear answers. Then no response. It happened Friday morning and Monday afternoon still nothing, yet we have no car, it was towed away. When you email you get bot response.
Horrible horrible when your car is gone and you don’t know what’s going to happen.
It was our right decision f way yet we feel like we were in the wrong because we have no clue what is happening.

I have still had no help
The accident happened on Friday and we still know nothing.
You told us yesterday that you had our contact details wrong so we had to start the whole process again, sending all the images, police documents, drivers license etc.
You are absolutely useless at this industry. We feel like absolute ****, have no car and no one is contact us.
I have looked all over the web and included all the email addresses connected to Pineapple Insurance an received nothing back. Just completely ignores.
What is happening with our car? What do you need to proceed?
What is the next step? Anything?
Who is running this clown house?
I have tried all means of communication and there is no progress on my case

I'm guessing you'll be the first to ask for money
