REJECTED CLAIM, CANCELLED POLICY- DEBITTED!!
I made an insurance claim in May which was rejected by the insurer on the 12th May 2023, i was advised that my policy will be cancelled and my premiums will be refunded . A debit order ran on the supposed cancelled policy and i am yet to get a call regarding the promised refund. It is the 7th June and i have not heard from pineapple since!!!!
