Claim rejected due to “wear and tear” yesterday . Apple damage report says “due to fall”. The excess amount which would have been 17.5% of the claim amount, In my case that’s R3 325 excess on R19 000 cell phone claim which is the highest I’ve heard of. This item Insured for over a year with Pineapple.

If and when they choose to contact you but you can’t contact them. I have been without a cell phone for 15 days. 40 mins hold time through IWyze claims department.
