Refusing to cancel
I took a policy today 2023-08-04 and requested that it gets canceled within two hours. I spoke with Nomfundo and she promised to cancel it only for me to get an email to say my policy and it’s end date says 20/09/2023.

Why isn't it cancelled with immediate effect i'm still withing cooling period
